Returns

We accept returns for Waist Trainers within 14 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, original packaging included.

To be eligible for an exchange the item must not contain any of the following below:

• Odors

• Animal fur/hair

• Discoloration

• Stains of any kind

• Damage stitching or fabric

• Damaged packaging

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank statement again.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at waistcartel@gmail.com.
